Ishara Foundation

THE DEAF EMPOWERMENT FOUNDATION has been instrumental in setting up of ISHARA since its inception. DEF and ISHARA share a common mission and vision. DEF's contribution of moral and technical support is invaluable in creation of Ishara and moving towards its ultimate Goal. Currently DEF is providing academic and technical guidance to ISHARA to establish an educational instutution to carry out higher level of University Education in a well established campus of its own. Soon Ishara with the Deaf people of india will be able to see a vision come true and access to academics is as easy as it is to hearing world.
