Ishara Foundation

Ishara's Vadodara (Baroda) study centre in Gujarat has successfully completed one year.

The teachers who are running the centre, Rajesh Ketkar and Virbhadra Rathod, took part in the teacher training workshop at Ishara's main office in Thane last January, and by April were ready to open their centre.

Courses there have been quite popular. Various classes are being offered throughout the day, from early morning till evening, and currently they are teaching four classes at the centre, with a total of 43 students.

Recently a group for 5 Ishara Mumbaikars (3 teachers and 2 interns) from the main Mumbai centre visited the Vadodara centre, and rumnour has it that in addition to an enjoyable time exchanging stories, there was a good deaf of exchanging of ideas that took place as well!
